I feel your pain! Mike621 had a tow truck take Deven (our Laguna 94 LSi) down to get his hood and stuff but the guy put it on a flatbed. The tow driver said it was the first time he saw "one of these cars in the 15 years" he worked as a tow guy. Besides using the chains he wrapped an orange set of tow strap things on the wheels. I was like "why did he secure it like that... is that okay?" and mike said "because he's a ford lover and they could care less how its strapped down." :P

 k out for new scraches. (I wasn't happy when I saw them) But I got a good deal under $2000 with some add ons. What are you paying?

They were pulling off the tranny etc and giving it a good look over, making a list and checking it twice. I'll get a call tomorrow with the breakdown of costs.
It'll depend on what shape the whole thing is in whether to go to a Legacy tranny...so far they don't think any works ever been done on the tranny. They were hoping to take her for a test drive before, but called to say the head mechanic decided on a very short run...got her in just in time, according to them. Bumps and clunks were getting LOUD. Hope it goes well for yours too, MAXSVX. I kept asking questions as they put her on the flatbed...sure the guy though I was nuts!  Can't wait to get in and drive again.
