Transmission Fluid Question

I have seen a few products that indicate they can reduce transmission temperatures by 30 - 50 degrees. They are additives and the bottles say they are indicated for vehicles that will be towing, smooths shifts, stops shudders, etc and it will not void any warranties. Anyone ever use anything like this?

Thanks,
Todd

IMHO 99% are snake oil claims. There are a few special cases in which an addtive helps. The only one that I know of with an OEM endorsement is lubegard red (Saab for some torque converter shudder).
