New Subaru 7-Pass SUV

There are spy shots of the new Subaru 7 passanger SUV coming out in the Jan 05 issue of C&D or MT. I like the looks of it, very Acura-ish, but I can't stand the new nose. It's hideous. A Japanese edsel. Do we need that ugly horsecollar fron on our new Subies? I have to think they could have done better.

Subaru will also be building a Saab version of that new 7 passenger vehicle. Since it will be built in Indiana, that makes 3 places that Saabs will be manufactured: Sweden, Japan, and the US. I hate how Saab is piggybacking on Subaru

We have General Motors to thank for that.

I also think the upcoming Subaru front end styling looks hideous. But then, that goes for most new cars.

I have a sketch of the new 7-passenger Suby. It is not detailed enough for meaningful comment on the styling. It is home. I will bring it in to work and post it tomorrow. It will be in pdf format because that's all the machines at work will do.

Thanks for reminding me. I didn't know it was my turn in the barrel this week. I didn't get the memo. I guess I'm not on the 'A-List' at the companyanymore. But that's OK, the way things are going at here, I may not be working for the holidays.
I voted for Bush and his minions keep telling me that we are in the midst of a big economic recovery. Ain't life grand.

It's gonna be interesting to see the real spy shots of it... I thought that it kinda looked like a Volkswagen Toureg/Porsche Cheyene(sp?)/and Infinity FX all made into one car... ... Won't make assumptions until I see it...
