Angry My second SVX bites the Dust..(Possibly)

Some ****ing idiot in an ambulance ran a red light, and I hit him today. He didn't have his emergency lights on..(It wasn't an emergency). The fool said he wasn't paying attention. I felt like killing him. The same **** happened to my green SVX 2 years ago and I lost a ton of money because of rims ect. It looks like it might be totalled..what do you guys think. If they do fix it. Im gonna try to make them order my lip spoiler ect....I never drive my svx until the weekend. The day I decide to drive it..this **** happens. Here are picts from my locker [http://www.subaru-svx.net/photos/user.php?RRX%7C12487

Im really sorry to hear about it I hope they pay for everything. I'm glad the few close calls i've been in with people running red lights ended up with me avoiding the accident.

Good luck I raelly hope it works out.

that really sux. i dont have to tell you you need a whole front end. i cant really tell from the picture but is your passenger door misaligned to the fender? thats lookin like maybe over 3k worth of damage to me.
i see people do that crap every day here. they think its ok if they are behind someone. that guy should be fired. not paying attention in an emergency vehicle... please...

hey that really sucks. i am sorry to even have to look at those pics...i guess you can fix her, or buy a new one, those are your only choices. if you fix her, you spend a few grand on a car that you know (where she has more problems or not) or take a gamble on a new one, that may or may not have more problems. keep an eye out...maybe you can find a nice junk yard with parts...either way, good luck

and on top of everything, thank goodness you are okay! ambulances are really big and i can definatly say some jerks shouldn't be driving them...darn wankers

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.

That is effed! Some d bag almost slammed into me today too. Nothing pisses me off more than someone's moronicy negatively effecting me.

If they do fix the car, which I hope they do, you should be sure to talk to their insurance company about compensating you for lost value on the car. I saw it on Judge Judy.

Enough already!

I'm sick of hearing about all the smacked SVXi! So sorry to hear and even sorrier to see the pics of your SVX. It looks fixable but I sure hope they do not total it. I'd hate to see a salvaged title on a perfectly good car.

Best of luck to you. I hope it is repaired to your satisfaction.
