rear metal brake lines

Anybody ever replaced the rear metal brake line, the long one that runs from the rear driver side, over to the connection under the passenger side rear seat area. Do I need to remove any suspension pieces or subframe to replace it or is there an easier way? Broke pipe where it connects to brake hose while installing new goodridge ss lines, then noticed how rusted the rest of the lines were. (very!!)

I am not aware of anyone else replacing the brake lines. Sorry to hear of your problem. I was going to say maybe you could splice in a new line at the rear but then again if it is really rusting a new line may in order. Flushing the brake lines and washing the road salt off the car bottom should help prevent this.
