The reservation cutoff has passed, however there are rooms still available in two categories. These are internet-only rates- you must register and reserve them online only. You cannot get this rate by calling the hotel. Advance Purchase: $96.47/night, plus 11%tax or $107.08 total/night for 2 queen beds. $103.47/night, plus 11% tax, or 114.85 total/night for a King Suite. While a little cheaper, these rooms are non-cancellable. If you book and decide not to take it later, there is NO REFUND! 1 Double Queen Room Available @ Group Rate
I have a spare double queen room available at the group rate ($75/night). It is reserved for Friday and Saturday night but before I canceled it, I wanted to offer it up to anyone wanting to come but missed the group rate reservation deadline.
All I would ask is that we arrange to have the room reserved under your own credit card instead of mine (So if something happens at the last minute, I am not stuck paying the $75 penalty) but for the group rate pricing, it might be better to leave the reservation under my name. John (svxcess) and several others here know me and can vouch for my character. If interested, you can PM me. As I mentioned earlier, I'll wait until Friday before calling and canceling the room - just hoping to save someone a bit of $$.

Extra rooms....
I reserved an (now) extra room if someone needs it, and
Henry T. from Baltimore, wanted me to pass on the potential of room sharing with him, Friday night at least, if someone needs a place to crash. My sons, Nick and Dave will not be able to make it. As, Dave is now in the Navy, and Nick has to go to a pre-college thing..... PM me if you want the extra room, or need to speak with Henry. Tom
