dash button lights

does anyone know what fuse or relay controls the lights for the buttons on the dash? like hazzard/rear defogger and such? i've noticed it but never really did anything about it till now. i'm wondering the reason why they are not working is cause maybe whatever is connected to them is burns or something

anyone have an idea? thanks
