New rims
When I bought my car, it turned out to have some bent rims on it. Bent, and unbalanceable (is that even a word?)
I drove it home from where I got it (Ottawa) at about 60MPH or so, speeds at which it was virtually unnoticeable. It only really became an issue recently when I did some marathon interstate driving through Michigan to southern Ontario. BAD vibrations. So I set out on a quest to resolve the problem, since a) I will be making several more such trips (I'm moving) b) I can't stand going so slow on the highway, and c) I also can't stand the vibrations. Long (and not-yet-finished) story short, I got some new rims; 16x7 Rage Vigor. Maybe not the best rims ever, but cheap and not the worst I can think of.
