Droopy Visor Fix?
My passenger side visor is hanging down quite lifelessly. I have seen one other thread explaining some possible techinques for fixing this, has anyone done this successfully lately? Would love some input so I don't spend my whole Saturday morning figuring it out from scratch!

my visors aren't droopy (yet?), but maybe you could try wrapping some tape around where the visor clips onto to give it more area to "bite"?

My visor fix was to fasten them with velcro attached to the back of the visors and the top of the car. This removes the visors from impeding vision when they droop, but makes their use quite difficult when they are needed. A hand positioned directly above the eyes is just as effective, nearly.
My father has been driving my car lately since my sister has been stealing his to go to grad school/work with, and apparently he uses visors. So his visor fix was to have the dealership replace them. Granted it was a bit costly, but effective! So here's the fix: Just let someone who uses visors barrow your car for a while and eventually they will have them replaced. After all, it is a safety issue. |

I had a problem making the sticky side of the Velcro pads stick to the cloth on the visor and roof. It worked for a few days and then they started to peel. You might be able to sow them on though.

I bought a new one! That seemed to fix the problem.

Heat shrink tubing over the rod supporting the visor. Mine has lasted at least a year.
