Back to Reality

10 Hours of driving and butts totally asleep, we made it back safe and sound.

Thx to the organizers for making it happen, and thx to all who attended, which made it a great meet.

Thx to PA as well, who provided HWY 154 in Sullivan and Bradford County. Boy, was it ever one snake of a road! Many switchback curves, and no traffic whatsoever. Absolutely SVX heaven.

We filled up north of Reading, drove 450 miles, and the empty light still hasn't come on. What an amazing ride.

See y'all soon.

My longest day of driving was 12.5 or 13 hours. I was getting very good mileage as well. I figured if I let it run out of gas I would have had 540 miles on the trip meter.

We're thinking that the rear passenger brake rotor may be starting to warp though. (hey Doug!)

Is that U.S. or the bigger Canadian gallon?

Actually no mention of gallons. From what I've calculated so far I've averaged 27.78MPG (US) or 33.41MPG (IMP). When I get home I will update these numbers with my final results.

Peak mileage so far: 29.14MPG (35.04MPG IMP)
