any headlight cleaning tips

I have had my front headlights taken off the car for a couple months now, and i want clean the lenses from the inside. I cleaned the out side it loooks good but i was wondering if I can take the headlight case apart. i see there's clips on the outer edge which i wonder if I take them off will the assembly detach easily?? any advice? thanks -Eugen-

once you take the clips off you need to put it in the oven to heat up and then u can separate

oh **** nevermind then lol i did the oven thing with my corner lights when i put the clear lenses on.. i think ill just leave them like they are theyer not too bad.

hi, i found that mass air flow sensor cleaner works good for cleaning out the inside of headlight assembly.
it is fast drying and has no oily residue works really good if you dont want to go as far as taking your headlights out of the car.
