OK..a couple of dumb questions

I am going to try to do the brakes myself. I did a search, but I couldn't see that anyone had a "how-to" thread. Without asking anybody to go to TOO much trouble, is there a place I can go to get a step-by-step for replacing the rotors and pads? Also I plan to paint the calipers while I have the rotors off. Are there any gotchas??

There are some "How To's" in the Personal Lockers section... aptly named How To. There is a brake replacement how to in there....

I replaced mine about a month ago.... wasn't too hard.
