Thumbs up Unstoppable in 6" of snow in DC

We had a nice snow last night and this morning and for those of you who never had the opportunity to put the AWD to work in these heavy snow conditions... let me tell you it works like a charm!
The SVX is unstoppable. I was reminded of the current Jaguar commerical in which an AWD X-type is leading the way for the snow plow as I passed 2 plows trying to clear the roads

Aaarrrrgggghhhh!!!

I want my car back from the shop with working AWD! We have 6" on the ground and counting here and me without my SVX.

Dangit!

At least some of us here can enjoy their SVX in the snow.

Everything is unstopable on glare ice without studded snowtires or chains.

My car seems to brush the top of the snow with 6-7 inches , at least i see a few haircomb looking marks right between my tire tracks . I guess I shouldnt drive through unplowed snow even at less than 5 mile per hour speeds?

Don't worry I did a couple AWD donuts it the parking lot so it wouldn't feel left out.

Quick Question: With the all wheel drive, is it bad to pull up the parking brake, and lock up the rear wheels with the front ones still turning? This is without any throttle..

Never good for AWD to do that but less bad on slippery surfaces.
throttle or not you can mess up your rear diff.
