Caliper / Rotor fitment

I've been looking at this thread:
http://www.subaru-svx.net/forum/show...t=50861&page=6

Can anyone advise if there would be any negative effects of using the WRX backing plates and callipers regarding handling, brake bias. The plates and callipers are less expensive for the wrx.

Has anyone yet put the WRX callipers on the front and if so which rotor?

I believe Applied Rotor Technologies can get a correct one if I can get the correct specs. They buy blanks then machine and treat them.
