just thought i would find out if there are any modifided svxs in nz?
has any one put an manual in there svx here in nz?

Check out the finished www.trademe.co.nz auctions - I know of 2 that were manuals for sale there over the past year.

Possum Motorsport told me that they could do the mod to manual for around $5000 - using only WRX STI parts (either 5 or 6 speed for the same price).

I have a 1995 red one (last one sold NEW in NZ for $105,000) - Iam third owner & have had it for over 10 years.

awww sweet as. yea i got an nz new 1 plus im geting an jap import svx for parts. i was tryin 2 find an 6spd but the costs kinda put me off like it wuld cost me from 4000nz to 4500nz dollars to get 1 ay so i was thinkin of getting an wrx sti ra gear box. heard they were stronger?

This is the best in the USA - maybe ask what might be needed on a right hand drive model?

Why are you after another SVX "for spares" is there a serious problem with the one you already have?

I have bought Spares from trademe (racerx4 - he has 2 SVXs in pieces at the moment).

Let him know that steve surtees who has red SVX sent you his way, he is very helpful.

nah no real probs with mine ay. just got my spare parts 1 for good price plus its only done 124,000kms theres bits i want to tidy up on my 1 so i just swap them over
