I am in a bit of a rush but this is what i was referring to, after skimming it through i've realized that its not just a simple flat tax that our capital gains are taxed out. I found the article interesting, hopefully it will address some of the questions that have been asked...

I hold everything for 366 days!! I also use a lot of 'gut' when picking a stock, ( after looking at it very closely) ,
I base my 'investment' in a penny stock on what a K-car will bring at auction!! If K-cars bring $200., I will spend $200. on a penny stock. If I can buy 400 shares for $200., and the company has a product that I think will sell, I will buy that K-car!!, over the years I have lost more money on K-cars than I have on the same money in pennies!!
In fact , I have NEVER lost money on the pennies, just those K-cars!!
