Being ripped off.......
I just wanted to warn you of a member on here.
the member is samerooo22. He sold me a part about 2 months ago, and I still don't have the part. I have written him tons of emails saying I never got it, and he NEVER once wrote back. So, I wrote him and said that I had ordered the same part from someone else, and that I DID have proof I paid him, and wanted my money back......... He wrote back and said, "The part is on the way, I am a business and can't take returns" For one, that is a bunch of **** about the returns, and for 2.....WHERE THE HELL IS MY ****ING PART???????????? Anyhow, I don't think this memeber comes on here anymore. Who knows if I'll really get the part, but I do have his address so when I go to MO, I could handle this in person!!!!!!!!! Well, there is the warning. Deja

If it is a business, he should be able to take items back. Did he say he sent it? If so, when? Did you also check your post office to see if it is sitting there? I had things lost in the post system before (not often but happened before) and worst case, he should refund the money.

The last time he posted was a month and a half ago. I'm sorry you were ripped off, and thanks for giving us a warning. I know you gave the guy a chance to set things right before you posted his handle publicly.

i hope you get your money back bud. i know it's christmas and all, but i'd rather rob a bank before i'd rip off someone i know. hmm...actually i don't really know you guys except for a few, but then again, i think we svx'ers are all apart of a big family so i'd never do such a thing. i know, i'll go rip off some neon kids

Yes, it does blow.
The last time he wrote, he said he would give me the tracking number and never did..... I'm guessing he was going to take my money and not send it. He never did say in the email if he sent it, he just said it was on it's way. Knowing my luck, the damn part won't even work. I do have his address, and if I don't get the part.....me and a friend are going to Mo. in January. Deja

This sucks
Tell us more about this once (if ever) you get the part. It would ne easy for this person to create and log on a different member name. We should have a SCAMMER sticky in the Wanted/For Sale section with mre details (address, full name, ebay handle, etc) that others can review.
