For a gig like this, it don't hardly matter to me when it gets scheduled. For a chance at anything remotely like the 10A meet (which I missed) anywhere in the eleven western states, I'll figure out a way to be there, calendar be damned.

I'd love to go, but I'll hopefully be driving/moving down to Tucson in Aug '04, and I don't know if I want to put two summer trips on the car.

Moving for school, hoping to transfer to UA as a chem major. I plan to spend my free time driving around admiring the cacti.

Is there any such thing as a performance a/c mod?

Plenty of cacti around, sand, mountains and clubs

some nice windy roads too.

Well, clubs kind of frighten me, but the windy roads, sand and cacti sound nice. Last time I was there I was disappointed that I didn't get to see a javalina.

P.S. Mitch, if you need help getting people together, I am always available. I think it would be great, sometimes later, to do a web page, and a signup list.... what do you think?

Nice pictures from the Bay Area meet. We fly down there a few times a year - my wife is from there so I recognize some of the places you're at.

For Reno '04 I may be leaving from San Jose (Morgan Hill to be specific) so I'd be up for a Bay Area convoy.

We were doing a show at the Scottsdale Princess a couple of years ago. Our crew stayed in the "Suites" across the way. Every morning, off our balcony, we could see javalinas running in the field behind the property. Was very cool.

I thought that javalinas were spanish javelins and they were thrown...
