When I worked at Country Coach, we had this big bucket of lug nuts, and they were marked "left" and "Right" on the nuts themselves, since the left-hand side of the coach had left-hand threads on the lug nuts, well a guy I worked with welded a Right and a Left together and hung them from the hitch of his truck I told him he needed to weld a bolt in the middle
