So Im going to do the 15/15 mod

But, do I have to have my car jacked up? Or can I do it while the car is parked on the ground? Just want to be sure on what I would need to do, before I go and buy the kit. Also, is this the same kit as you would get at Advance Auto? There arent any of them here, so I just wanted to be sure. Thanks -Dennis

Ok so I got the parts, and they are the right ones... however I cant put them on because the bolts dont go down far enough... Is there a way to make the bolt move down farther than it is?

No.

In everyone else's experience there is just barely enough room to put the disc on, but it should fit. I got one on mine. The other one, well I destroyed the nut and it won't come off.

I'm not sure if jacking the car has any effect on the exposed length of the bolt, but you might as wll give it a shot.

If you only remove one nut at a time the rear differential member
(the cross bar) will stay up better.
Or you could hold it up with a jack or jackstand.
