SVX on I-695
Whose 'baby' was on the shoulder of the INNER LOOP of I-695 on 2/27/04? I didn't see anyone in it or I would have stopped.

I too saw the black SVX on the side of 695. Had vanity plates. I too would have stopped had I seen anyone inside. For me was around noonish, 12:15 that I saw it.
