I've got the car now....
But it's not in very bad shape, so I'm debating on weather to fix it up, or part it out...will let you know when I decide, if you still need one....

Check with SVXFiles, I believe he's got both stock and 4.44 transmissions at his shop. I think they're all in good shape.
