Right Hand Drive Climate Control Unit Required

Hi there.

My Australian SVX requires a CLIMATE CONTROL unit, as the present one is on the fritz.

Can anyone help me?

Re: Right Hand Drive Climate Control Unit Required

I saw the one on ebay - VERY expensive, compared to the LHD climate control units. Grrrrrrrrr.

LHD $30 US
RHD $150 US

Oh why???? Curse you SVX!!!

Re: Right Hand Drive Climate Control Unit Required

Is there any way to modify a RHD unit to fit a LHD car and vice versa? It'd be cool to have the unit with the indicator thing showing you where the air was coming from... I've also been tempted to try and build one with a microcontroller that would let you control where the air came from, instead of heat always coming from the floor...

Re: Right Hand Drive Climate Control Unit Required

I have wanted to convert one since I've owned mine and learned of the left hand climate control...I wish there was and they were cheap
