Help, screwed on ebay!

I ordered a grab bag of camera stuff, it included a lens, flash card, and a genuine Nikon bag, I got the first two, but the bag was a POS knockoff, I have asked them for a replacement, but they want me to mail the bag back to them at my expence, and that isn't going to happen, besides, shiping would cost more than the value of the $2 bag .

I plan to notify Ebay fraud department, Nikon USA, and my credit card company, any idea of who else I should notify? It was shiped UPS, not sure they care what their customers do since they like to screw people on shiping insurance.

I don't believe they would care, they have a bit, perhaps 1 in 200, a reasonable ammount for a high volume sales chain on ebay.

Oh yeah, I'm trying to contact DearPrudence to see if she is still an Ebay SafeHarbor investigator.

I came up with a solution, I informed them that I would leave the following negative feedback if they were unable to make their mistake right.

"Google the following two words: (company name) Fraud; then click my user name to the right and contact me directly."

Don't bother calling Nikon. They don't care. Do get PayPal involved though..they can revoke sellers' accounts.

It isn't paypal, perhaps the account was already revoked it was a direct credit card sale, if the seller dosn't agree to my final terms I will likley call my credit card company and report them, I have found New York to be a hotbed of camera fraud

if it's a real business, then nikon would care. a company I worked with in the past was a cellular accessory distributor and nokia slapped them down with lawsuits for their knock off faceplates. easy fix though, they doubled their cost and paid that difference to nokia and nokia was cool with it.

Just got off the phone with the credit card company and had a note put on my account that there were items not recieved as advertised, and that I will dispute the charges if the problem is not fixed
