WTB: Parts/Tooling for MT conversion parts?

I'm getting ready to restart my still-born 5MT SVX project and am in need of a converted pedal box (and shifter too, but I can probably handle that in a worst case scenario).

I had planned to have TomsSVX do the welding for me, but as of 12/10/2014, he said that he no longer offers these services and has not logged on since.

Does anyone have a jig that I could use to fabricate these parts, or have some already completed pedal box they can post pictures of so I can try to copy it?

I would really hate to have to part out this car just because I can't get the parts to finish the conversion.

The pedals are tricky since you basically have to take off everything from a normal set and attach it to the SVX bracket, but it's manageable if you know your way around working with metal and welding.
Here's a link with some photos of crazypilot's pedals.

The shift linkage is easy enough. Just mark the rods, cut in the middle of the marks, extend them 3" with tubing and weld it.

If you're really uncertain about what you're doing, I can do it for you for a small fee.
