Which 16" wheels fit?

Ok, another wheel thread I guess. What other factory 16" wheels fit the SVX? I know about the RX7, Probe, and 300ZX, But are there any others??

New STI rims fit - but they're not 16 inch.

Rustang 16s should fit (at least from the Fox body platforms I think it was but it might be the 90s stang as well) That's what we're running with our 16x10s.

Question Is an '05 Mustang a Fox body?

I rode in an SVX with '05 Mustang wheels yesterday and the owner said his buddy at the tire shop found that these have the correct offset, etc.

Looked OK, rode normally as far as I could tell.

Anyone?

Cheers!

That was a pretty cool car wasn't it?

I think any Mustang before 05 had around 20-25mm offset whereas the 05 and 06 and ? have around 45-48. Mine are 17 X 8 though. Dayle would know for sure. BTW- Nice to meet you Norm.

I believe any rim off of a Lexus sedan will also fit.

While the rustangs 16s fit they do push it out quite a bit but you can't get any foreign car specific wheels made to go as wide as we needed. They work for us with 10 inch wide rims but only because we have cut fenders and are running 22 inch diameter tires. I would think that the average road SVX couldn't get by with more than a 8 inch rustang rim. I think the 17s that come on the current GTs are 17x9s but don't quote me on that. Its been a while since I was researching wide rims.
