Wiper adjustment
Request for anyone with OEM wiper blades.
Please post a picture of blades in resting position. A close-up of the blade/stop relationship would really help. I have just replaced my front wiper blades with stock and need to adjust the blades so they hit/rest on the stop properly. Did a search but no pictures or diagrams to show exactly where the blade bumper is supposed to sit on the stop. At this time they are on winter setting to keep them on the glass until I figure out where they need to be. My thanks in advance. Tom M

Re: Wiper adjustment
Be sure the winter mode is not selected. There is a rocker switch near your hood release that allows the wipers to go fully go down in the well for winter use .

Re: Wiper adjustment
I thought that winter setting kept the blades up on the windshield glass, just above the defroster vents, to keep them thawed, and summer setting was down, out of the airstream when off...
I need to find a ny-lock nut, or something, for my driver's side... it keeps creeping down, and doesn't swipe all the way to the edge of the windshield, as the nut gets loose.

Re: Wiper adjustment
Yes, the wipers are in the up position in the winter setting. You don't want to have it on the winter setting and then adjust them to the summer level. If you turn it off, they go too far down and could damage something.
