Let's get those 2nd batch orders in. I haven't recieved checks or credit card info yet for either of the 2nd batch systems. We're getting very close to finishing fabrication here and need to get the order for the compressors in soon.

I'm not charging any more for the "12 lb" system than the "9 lb" or "6 lb" yet. For 1st and 2nd batch I'll give you whichever pulley you want. I suspect with the new belt routing that we will find that the "6 lb" pulley is actually an 8 lb pulley, the "9 lb" pulley is actually an 11 lb pulley, and the "12 lb pulley" is actually a 14 lb pulley. After the 2nd batch I will start selling the larger pulley seperately since it's machined from such a big piece of stock takes so long to make. The price of the system for the 2nd batch is an even $6,500. 2nd batch orderer's also get the opportunity to not have to wait so long to get their systems. Their compressors are getting ordered along with the remaining 1st batch compressors, the supporting hardware is already made, and I have the manifolds on hand to pop them out right along with the 1st batch.

Give me a little while, I need to make some phone calls and see what I can do. I am just tired of guessing and trial and error, I like the idea of the stage 3 and I also have a motor to be built in time. I will let you know, and I will ship that pump out today

It's a bolt on system. Although the tolerences are very tight for the manifold I weld them on a bench engine, as you see in the photographs, to ensure that it will bolt up to an svx engine. I will even be test fitting each system to make sure it's a good matching set before shipping.

I can't promise I'm going to supply these as part of the kit yet but I've made a 4 piece crank pulley which allows me to change the boost with the change of only the ring which drives the supercharger. The belt doesn't even have to be changed. I haven't drilled and tapped it for assembly yet but otherwise it's complete. Four 6mm socket head bolts will hold it together. With this pulley I've also started recessing the belt grooves .03 inches so that there are flanges on the sides of the belts to make sure they don't walk.

4 pieces with two different size drives for the supercharger belt.

Starting with the alternator drive face down, the smaller choice of supercharger drives stacked onto it.

Then the spindle stacked onto that.

Then the ac drive stacked onto that.

A view of it on it's side

A view of it with the larger supercharger drive selected.

The same bolts that will hold them together. They aren't drilled and tapped yet but they are designed so that the 6mm bolts that will hold them together will go through all 4 pieces.

Tom,
You better hurry up and order yours. If some orders dont get made soon Mike may stop producing them. Which means only a hand full of S/C SVXii will ever exist.
