LOL, yeah it was a weird little car to see sitting there, the light was ****ty so I couldnt get all the lines, but i saw the window and thought, OH SVXes! LOL, I miss my subies....all I have now is a stupid Honda CBR 150 (Yeah 150...thats all they sell over here for commuter bikes....) Looking for a few subies...nobody speaks english at the car places ive been..sux..

if i were to get this car into the staes, it would not undergo any changes. It would remain completely stock. From what I understand they were never available in the US and that they are no where near fast. That doesn't matter tho, it is an extremely rare car and i like it. I could sell it in the states for like 10-15k depending on the condition. and depending on the buyer.

as far as I understand, the only thing you have to change is the emissions.... so long as it will pass in your state, you should be fine, I would suggest calling your state DOT and asking them for specifics, as it varies from state to state...
also, you should expect to pay a pretty hefty duty tax when you pick the car up at the port, (there is a list of ports that they will ship to on the web page). I think that 900 buck to ship a car from japan to the US is a pretty good price though... Skip
