What discoveries have you found in your SVX after buying it?

Welcome to the site Peach. That is an interesting discovery.

I found the Fugi Heavy Ind, Bros got together and created a car that we all like? Atlas had only 5 daughters thus the little stars on the Subie emblem, I drove a 97 horsepower XT for 208k it was definitly one of the stars...the SVX the brightest star.. and the rest fall in somewhere between. I am but brand new to all of this but I understand that many such as ensteele and others are kinda the Godfathers of SVXes. AS I am a true fan of the stars I hope to get a chance to maintain the ferver established by you long timers. And even tho this is my son's computer I will find a way back to this cyber port.... oh no another SVX freak is born...me!! I found 2 ugly seat covers with Tribal designs on them, some nasty smelling air fresheners, a little tiny flashlight behind the ash tray up front, maps of florida under the passenger seat, and a stop sign on top of my spare tire unter the carpet back there!

yeah, a stop sign, apparently someone had barrowed it and wedged it under there, it's a great hiding place! So i have personally taken the liberty of adding to the little sign collection in my trunk.

I found red stains from a slurpee that the PO daughter spilled. (under the floor mat) No, they won't come out, but I bought another carpet that I have not installed yet.

In the drawer underneath the Passenger seat, i found a butterfly knife. Underneath the drivers seat, in a rather nice convienient holder that was sewn on very nicely, was an asp baton. Also, i found a rather large quantity of dog hair underneath the back seat when wiring my stereo, I also found an invoice for parts for a gas turbine engine that's fitted on one of our Halifax Class frigates! What else...probably about 18-20 Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge commission tokens, a pack of Camels, four butane lighters and about 26 pounds of small chage. Oh yeah, a few fossilized french fries.

I kept the asp baton where it was. :P

This wasn't in an SVX but my friend got a Olds 98 for the demo derby. He found used condoms and crack rocks under the rear seat. I kid you not.

I found a couple quarters in my car.

Oh yes, it's not actually a find. But the 'wood' panels around the heater vents. They are all brown but one! and it's the purpleish color! Makes me wonder why they had to put another panel on there.

Me too on that one oh and my car came with a couple of leaves and a trans that started acting up after about 1500 miles....oh and it came with the video for the car.

i was just cleaning out the glove box today and found the original sticker price paper from the dealer. Turns out my SVX was bought at Long Beach Subaru. Kind of a cool find, im suprised it lasted so long in there.
