I would like to thank the fine members for the information and fun that I've had on this board. I love my SVX as do the rest of you. Hopefully one day, I'll be able to meet some of you in person, share a few drinks along with a few laughs.

I would also like to thank Chris for all the work he's put into creating this meeting place for the owners of SVXii. I understand that this is your house and you are the master of this house. I would like to apologize for violating the rules that govern your house and apologize to anyone I've offended on the forums.

I was informed in the wee hours of this morning that I've been put on the list to be banned. I'm sure that you will be informed when that will take place. My PM box and locker has been cleaned out awaiting bannition and deletion.

I've contacted some of you and left information on how to reach me, if I forgot to include someone I apologize and feel free to email me through the forums before I get deleted.

It kinda strikes home to loose a member that I have gotten to know through this window I call the internet. I know Harry may seem rough around the edges, but after all, don't we all share one common interest. In case some of you can't realize this or don't see it clearly, a car that was considered a failure in the eyes of many brought an eccentric group of people together to create the bond we know as the SUBARU SVX. I, for one, don't believe in banning a person. That takes away a freedom we enjoy as Americans. The freedom to say, and do, what we want, with disciplinary action targeted towards the bad in society. For those people who were there that night in the chat room, you know what happened. In the spirit of the SVX and the site that brings such a diverse group of people together, a joke was played and was taken the wrong way. A simple joke is what is hindering a persons involvement with this site.

Humans in a sense, were not meant to agree, see eye to eye, and get along with everyone. We all have different temperaments and this is what makes this site so much fun and worth MY time to come back to 10 or more times a day.

What I'm trying to say is that this car has brought us all together, and though tempers may flare, is it really grounds for expulsion?

I wish a lot of things (number one, I wish for a unicorn), but right now I wish this hadn't happened. The moderators and admins try really hard to keep decisions quiet and confidential.

So, I'm going to ask that people remain calm and patient. Whatever happens, at some level this is a misunderstanding.

I would like to make something clear. This has nothing to do with the moderators of this site. This all started between Chris and me without the moderators involvement so please don't misunderstand and think that this is the Mod's idea. It wasn't.

unlike others who have been banned in the past, Harry always had a way of lightening the mood around here. discussions he was involved in, even if they became heated, were diffused by his sense of humor. i don't remember him stooping to name-calling outbursts (unless it was purely kidding around among friends )

i hope this can be resolved.

PS: When I was a tyke in grammar school, I used to get very bad marks from the nuns on the back of my report card in Deportment. I still don't know what Deportment stands for, but the good nuns never deported me.
PPS: I had the Sisters of No Charity followed by the Sisters of No Mercy.
