Rich,
You know I have had the same thought! Jean wouldn't have a clue at this moment, of how to post on this site...I've got to get a little notebook together...
Don
Phew! And I thought I was the only one with this thought. Good to know that I'm not alone. Guess I'd better leave instructions in my will.

Gee, such a mild little pun to earn an UGH and an OB. Too bad there hasn't been a full-blown punfest here lately - I could use a good chuckle or two.

I like Chuckles too. I like the green and YELLOW colored ones best.

Gee fellas....was it something I said?

You are right Bill; I could use a good laugh. After last month's tragedies, I didn't much feel like any humor and I don't think anybody did. But I have a question....is it just me, or does anyone else think the media is kinda beating this "war on terrorism" thing to death? I'm the last person to go hide under a rock and not keep up with the world, but isn't there anything ELSE to report? Sheesh....I've taken to AVOIDING television lately. I was very surprised most of last month, to discover that some aspect or another of Sept. 11 kept creeping into my dreams at night. That has mostly gone now, but it went on for weeks. I'm such a "communications" kinda guy, all that input just burned into me I guess. Somehow though, we have to work beyond this and return to some kind of normalcy. Every time I turn on the TV and hear some angry Arab tell me that thousands of young people are ready to die to destroy my country....and there doesn't seem to be anything I can do about it....well, it just doesn't promote good food digestion if you get my drift.
I don't know....my feelings and attitudes and spinning around in my head like a blender. I'm home today trying to recover from bronchitis....I think I'll go take another pill... Don

No, you're not the only one that feels that way. It pretty much sums it up for me, too.

Did Lester 37 just sell his SVX's or am I confusing him with someone else?

Don

Kurat1 was the former owner of what has been my 93 for over a year now.

I think you are confusing Lester with Lissners who I believe just sold his.

Did Sid finally sell his. Hate to hear that.

Lester 37 is Marc Lein -- he and his wife Kyra both had SVXes and they sold both of them along with all their SVX memorabilia after the birth of their daughter Kameron. I've been in touch with Kyra after I bought her SVX Jacket that my wife now wears to meets.

Randy,

The fellow who bought Sid Lissner's SVX just posted on the Yahoo SVX Club site. His handle is "cmoreloc13" . His real first name is Chuck.

He lives in Wash. state, and was very complimentary of Sid.

Larry III

PS: I've got to get everyone back together on one site again. This going back & forth between 2 site is burning up alot of time.

Didn't she have an earlier show? Grace under Fire or something like that?
