From the VIN# can anyone tell me what model this cars is? And do a Carfax?

Here is the VIN# JF1CX3553RH102654
The most I can tell you is that it is a 1994.

Would someone be able to do a carfax report on it?

Thanks
Naim

I would have been able to tell ya if it were a 1995... In 1995 the last 4 of the VIN was the number of the car... There were 1600 or something like that in 95 so you can tell what number yours was that way... For instance Mike (Green1995SVX) has #81 of that year... I have #399.... It was made easy that year...

You can also go to carfax.com and run the vin to see what it is. It will give you trim line etc. It won't give you a whole lot, but the basic information.

Question Decode this!

Always wondered why my VIN# was not matching the many VIN decoding tables I've seen around here.

Mine is an European version bought from Germany.

VIN# is JF1CXWLE0TG008131

Using the previously reported decoding table from immortal_suby I started slipping after the JF1CX.

Can anybody help understand what my VIN# is all about?

Were there different VIN#'s for different continents or countries?
If so I don't think it makes any sense as VIN#'s should be a worldwide standard...

Actually I was hoping that someone who might have active account with them would be so kind to do that...

The problem I have with Carfax is that they only list if it was totaled or not... No way to see repair work (from accidents).

I got a carfax on th car... From what it tells, it seems that it is ok.
I was told that recently that the car was repainted. That is the cause for my concern.

Since you have a 1995 L/AWD that is green....I though I'd let you know that I do too! #354... Don't know why I wrote this reply, I just had the sudden urge to do so.
