Stupid Rodent! Argh!

SO I go out to my prevfiously great running SVX this morning, start her up and "Bawaj..wa..jwa.aw.jaw..wa..w.aw" it feels like there's a small child jumping up and down inside my engine compartment. Long story short, some stupid rodent decided to stay at the SVX INN last night and feast on my fuel injector wiring.

ARGH.

Now I have to take off the manifold, and resolder stuff.

STUPID MOUSE!

- Rob

PS: Running on 5 cylinders sucks... the cars basically hops up and down at idle and is REALLY slow.

If I don't drive for a few days, there is a bird who makes a nest under my intake manifold.

One day, it'll become KFC!

A-corny problem

Had a squirrel store acorns between the blades of the vent blower in my Swift once.

When I turned on the air, it sounded like gravel in a blender!

If the blades had been made of metal, I coulda had some acorn butter....

Yeah, When I had my '67 Mustang I would find acorns on the intake manifold. It took me months to figure out what they were and how they got there! I quit parking in on the street.

mouse

Yeah I've had a mouse problem too. I started my car one day and out runs a mouse. My roomate drove the car the other day to put gas in it and apparently the mouse went along for the ride. He says that he was at the sunoco station and out runs a mouse......oh well at least he's gone. Thus far, I can't find where he was nesting......which worries me to no end.......

My car is a stock SVX that runs fine. The truth, which none of you want to admit, is that ALL automatic SVXs are really freaking slow.

PS: Well that was fun. Think 89 degrees with crazy humidity and a really hot engine, and then imagine bending over close to it for 2.5 hours removing parts and attempting to splice wires together.

WHAT FUN.

>sigh<
