I'm with Norman!

This has been the most reliable, easiest to maintain car I've ever owned.

In six years, I've replaced the battery twice. (The first DieHard failed early.) Lots of oil changes, a couple of bulbs, a rear transmission seal (which I could have been ripped-off for - but paid around $125. A big thank you to Shawn Doran in Steamboat Springs, CO), one set of plugs, one timing belt (sans w/p), and a window repair. I think that's about it. My guess is that it averages out to around 1K/yr for maintenance/repair.

Like most of the others though, it's about time for a paint job.
I'm very envious of Ron - especially after learning that his only cost $2800. It does look spectacular.

Very nice.
And the seats are so comfortable, I hardly even notice them.

Oh please...then it would have a HUGE trunk and a saggy hood. SVXes have much tighter bodies than that!

Aside from the transfer clutch that's going in this week I hope I don't have to sink any more money I don't have into this car for some time. It's a good thing she's in the shop right now cuz you guys are scaring the crap out of me. I don't need a seat cleaning bill on top of everything else!

Let's just wish each other the best of luck and cross our fingers while we enjoy our rides

Thanks for the offer, but I don't think I'm at all interested in selling it even before I have even seen, or driven it.
But I do understand your desire for a pearlie.

Thanks, but I'm still not interested. But thanks for the offer.
FYI, I do not have it yet, and have plans already made, and paid for, to pick it up.
