WOW!

I know Laary's got some pull around here, but to change my given name! My mom's gonna be pissed!

Todd (don't call me Tood, it'll give me a 'tude)

I was gonna say something about Larry chewing on a rug, but that inspires WAY too many bad images in my head!

Check it out. BTW the article was a comparo of the Audi TT, the S2000, the Mustang Mach 1, and the 350Z...VERY unbalanced I think.
I doubt very much that the point of that srticle is balance. My guess is that it's a 'fun factor' comparison rather than one of pure numbers. Likely they chose those cars because they're useful for little else besides fun, and they're all relatively close in price.

When buying a sports car, not everybody cares about comparing 0-60 times or torque curves. Instead, some people see it as a choice between the outright power of a Mustang vs the retractible top on the S2000 or TT. People who buy one of those four cars are looking for what makes them fun, and that article probably helps them do that.

That's just a guess, but I figured that I'd point out that a car comparison doesn't have to be based solely on performance numbers.

You're showing your age in more ways than one, Larry. They say the mind is the first thing to go...
