Being a Marketing guy, and having read 'Where the Suckers Moon' I have always wanted to see the TV ads for the svx. I can remember one of them slightly, but it was a while ago. If anyone finds them, let me know!

...alot BradT.
That's what I have been looking for.

Has there been any other video-material of the SVX (like a presentation or something)?

I am all but certain that the voice in that commercial is the same as 'fleet command' in the PC game 'Homeworld.'

Beautiful game - one of my all-time favorites. And that voice was absolutely, dead-on perfect - as was every other aspect of the game.

Man, now I wanna play through it again.

So...beautiful...<sigh>

Homeworld was a SWEET game.. A lot of thought and energy went into making that game, and the basis for the storyline is incredibly strong. I never got past the "Ghost Ship" mission, but now that you've got me thinking about it, I might go find my old savegames and try it again. What a great game....

There are a few videos. The one that came with my SVX was the "Owner's Manual on Tape" with a "quick finder" indexed card. When you put the tape in and reset the counter to zero, you could check the card, fast forward to your particular section and the fellow would give a demonstration.

There are also Sales Training videos for each model year, I believe. I know, for sure, there is one for the 96.

Check James Dunne's site (Jamsvx) for some information as well as www.subarusvx.com.
