Sounds like you are covering all the legal bases and it's probably a good idea that you are.

On that note, I notice some of the best pictures submitted here so far have logos at the bottom. I'm guessing that's part of the reason they look so good, they have been taken by pros and sold to the SVX owner.

Either way, the logo implies a photographer may own the images and not give permission to make copies. ESPECIALLY if the image is being published in a book. Might be good to check into before accepting any of those pictures. Besides, they'd look best in a professionally bound book if they didn't have those logos on them.
