Bordeaux Pearl Paint stick

The owners throughout the years have saved a paint stick, colour code matching that of my VIN and actual car.

It's probably 15 years old.

I have a lot of stone chips!

Do you think it's still usable? Is it a one off or can I use it again and again until it's empty?

Should I cleanse the car, apply the stick content to the desired areas, let dry, use a swirl removing polish? Or polish first, then add paint and wax sealer?
