ac comp question

so trying to put my ac belt back on but the bottom pulley in this pic is rubbing against the ac tentioner. remedy?

im thinkin the tentsioner pulley is shot

was gonna say the bearing may have gone bad in the tensioner or something might have shifted around.

Yes, the bearing is probably shot. $50 +/- from Subaru for the complete assembly, or the bearing alone can be replaced by a machine shop.

Do it quick or it'll seize.

think i picked up my replacement bearing froma place called applied technology for something like 7$
