Re: Stebro Exhaust

Try contacting these guys in Nepean (part of Ottawa), Ontario Canada, not far from me. This is the actual production facility for Stebro.
I lived in Ottawa for over 40 years and never knew Stebro was made here. I probably drove past the place a hundred times.

P.S. I'll try to stop by there in the near future. I'm in Ottawa about once a week.

Re: Stebro Exhaust

I think if you look hard enough and wait a bit, you should be able to find a used one in the $1000 neighborhood.

Re: Stebro Exhaust

Are you saying that Stebro actually manufactures the system or are they just a marketing company that subs out the production?

They actually manufacture them. I will be visiting their facility soon to check it out for myself.

Re: Stebro Exhaust

Stebro is about 15 minutes from my parents place in Ottawa. From everything I've heard it's a great product, but the customer service is complete crap.

I have heard his customer service is extremely bad. If you live close enough to administer a proper ass-kicking if he takes too long or doesn't do something quite right, then I'd say go for it.

Pretty sure there is only one in the country. That'll run more after shipping and custom fees after coming from Japan. Not to mention the Japanese Yen is stronger against the US$ than ever and you'll probably consider the new Stebro a bargain. (Then again, that's if you actually ever get your new Stebro)
