Gaskets

My buddy said you can buy gasket material and just cut it yourself. Is that true and does it pertain to an SVX or are our gaskets rubber or something?

Which gaskets?

In a pinch I'd say you could do this for something like the throttle body gasket??

and probably the intake-to-injector stacks and injector stacks-to-block gaskets. Nothing else comes to mind.
