Painitng a Grill
I sound like such an amature but here I go.
Last thursday I found a 97 Red SVX grill on www.car-parts.com for $45 Just my luck  I'm going to install in on my 93 Silver SVX. I have never painter a plastic panel on a car it has mostly been metal. How do I get it prep and paint it Silver? Or should I just use 320 and paint over the red? Thanks

You never want to paint over 320 scratch. Just sand it with 800 grit then bascoat/clearcoat. Good find for the price to.
