Antenna motor dead?

My antenna quit on me about a month ago, and I just got around to pulling it out. It has power to it, just won't work. So I bench tested it and the relay clicks, but the motor does not turn. Is this a dead motor?

The relay contacts could be faulty and the motor OK.

I took it apart and cleaned it, but it still doesn't work. I'll probably end up buying a replacement.

As a test try applying voltage directly to the motor. Sniff about, use your noggin, work out how it works, it could be fixable.

As a test, try applying volts direct to the motor. Follow your nose, work out how it operates, it could very well be fixable.
