now im frustrated..spark plugs

ok anyone whos known me for my post will know that im dealing with, well i put brand new plugs in and now my usual symptoms are even worse, it used to be the spitting and backfiring was gone once it warmed up but since i changed them now it does it even when its hot...., any ideas???

Have the wires/coils been replaced too? Replacing plugs and getting worse effects was something that happened on my dad's Capri XR2 and it was the fault of bad wires.

Apologies in advance if you've already replaced those... I know you've made a great deal of threads here, but I haven't gone through them all.
