Make it into a snow sled. I had a Toyota Celica RWD (the bottom of the car is flat, like the SVX is) in upstate NY (Fort Drum). At first it sucked in the snow, even with good snow tires. The solution was 400 lbs of sand/salt in the trunk, after that I NEVER got stuck, even in 2 ft of snow. I ran it for 2 years that way. The front would go up some and it would just glide across the snow. With the 40/60 drive split the SVX should do even better. Is a cheap fix and you can use the salt/sand if you get caught in a ice patch.

Hi,

I will post the pictures later today, when I'm home again becaus yesterday after looking at the car I went to a buddy of mine to bbq, he lives 150 km away and I have a Suzuki GSX750R so it dident take so long time to go there. But when I was nearly there, and the gasoline lamp was flashing, it began flashing blue ligths in my mirror.

Becaus I did not have any gas left, I had to stop and the policeman ask me if I toucht it wen a littel fast. I said I dident know how fast it went (I dident know when the spoted me) but he said that they had follow me in over 210 km/h without getting close to me (I went in over 250 km/h the whole way). In sweden that means that they take your licens for 3-6 months, but after talking nice to them for a 20 minutes or so I got them to write 140 km/h instead and that means I get to keep my licens and "only" have to pay $320 in fines. So I cellebrated yesterday.

But I will take some time to get home, more then the dobbel time.

Hiya SA,

We used to that here with the old Ford Capri's, well my dad did then later years when I had a 3.0s & a 2.8 Tickford Turbo, throw a bag of cement in the boot that had been left to go hard, amazing how it changed the handling!

We had a "little" snow here in Feb only 3 or 4 inches so I took the SVX out for a play, 1 of the best road cars I have ever driven in the snow, far better than any of the Impreza's I driven or owned, mine is a JDM with 4WS and its so neutral and easy to powerslide and control.

Its a funny car, the more I actually use it the more things I find I love about it, its really only a 3rd toy I have always "fancied" having & keeping tucked away but its going to get alot more use than I was expecting during the summer

Darren

Looks good.

I did a little research and I think I am sold on the GSX-R750 as well. I don't think I could ever make good use of a turbo up here though.

FYI the front wheels are on backwards, and those floor mat things have to go, heh

Also, what is that button to the left of the shifter?

That is the power button. It really is, and you can search for it and you can find out more about it.
