Slushy Slushbox?
I had the option of buying a pearlie that had minor rear fire damage (it was near a building that burned, and the rear light lens melted). The car had been sitting for a few months, and we jacked it up and put some decent tires on it. The shifter moved really hard. would this be tranny damage? it didnt seem to flair, but got scared off and financial things got in the way anyways....but just curious.

When they sit a while the cable between the shifter and the trans can get stiff and rusty.
