Just got back from Tom's place a little while ago. Tom once again is my savior. My U-joints were a lil notchy when I did my 6speed swap but they finally kicked the bucket today. Half way to Tom's to get my awsomely light fiberglass hood, they puked out and seized. Managed to get the car to his place with no problems. It also just so happens that he had an extra around for me Tom really helped me out in my time of need. Many thnx Tom and may I further promote your excellent work and reputation

Finally got a chance to try out those Big Brake bad boys. Now I have driven just about every combinations of brake outfits there are on the SVX. From stock, Stock rotors w/ SS lines, Drilled slotted w/ stock lines, and Drilled/slotted w/ SS lines. Now I can add Tom's BB kit to the list. I always felt that with just the Drilled/Slotted rotors the stoping on the car was increased dramatically. Then I drove one with Drilled/slotted rotors with SS lines. That thing stopped on a friggin dime!! Tom's brake setup is much different however. These brakes with stock lines and stock rotors are much more aggressive than stock but still not as impressive as the SSlines with Drilled/slotted rotors. Now Tom is telling me that the production run of the rotors are going to be Slotted/dimpled rotors and he is going to suggest stainless line for them. These would be the BEST brake kit out there. The only thing the driver would have to worry about is keeping the tires down. Anyway what I am getting at is these brakes outperform anything I have driven w/out drilled slotted rotors. If this was equipt with these rotors it would stop on a dime. Not only once but repeatedly. The only real reason to get a big brake kit is to get rid of the brake fade that SVXers are so accustomed to. These brakes did not fade once while I was test driving it and Diana can attest as she was getting tossed into the dashboard while I was driving and nailing the brakes I would highly suggest these brakes to anyone who is looking to stop wherever, whenever or however they want to. I am a guy who likes acceleration and I have never been so excited about stopping as much as I am now. Great Job Tom and keep up the good work man!!!

Great review Tom. I'm looking forward to driving Tom's pearlie with the kit on 2/4. I'll also add my review here.

My new 13" dimpled, slotted, and zink plated rotors are scheduled to come in tomorrow, Tuesday, along with a set of stainless steel lines.
If they show up tomorrow, I'll have them installed by tomorrow night!
I can't wait to weigh and install them.
Once they are on I can double check the bolt position of the template so I can get a set of vacuum cast calliper mounts made out of 7075 aluminum!
It looks like two weeks from then to get the first set of calliper mounts, and they will look sweet!
They do stop very well as is, but the stainless lines, and dimpled slotted rotors will transform the braking from sweet to FREEKING INSANE!
