knock and o2 sensors

my ecu is reading both knock and both o2 sensors when i checked my codes. what do they mean and are they related. i figure that the o2 sensors just need replacing but if anyone has anything on the knock or a relationship between the two please let me know

Did all the codes show up at once or over time?

(how long has the check engine light been on?)

its been on since i bought it 2 months ago if there is any relation i would greatly apreciate it if you could tell me what i can do. Also i had someone tell me it could be my timming is off?? I have worked on chevy 350's all my mechanical life so any advice would be great.

I did mine earlier this year. They're not difficult to do, just very awkward to get at.

Also, if the Check Engine Light has been on since you got the car, it might be worth resetting the codes and when the CEL comes back on read the error codes again. You might be reading old codes right now.
