tranny seep

After 8,000mi my 2nd AAMCRAP Tranny (1st one lasted 10,000mi) is now leaking a tiny bit of fluid. It's just a minor seepage from the right front tranny carrier bearing flange O ring, so AAMCO doesn't want to mess with it. My warranty expires in a couple of months, and I don't want them waiting it out. Are they right that I'm being too picky? Why is a new tranny starting to leak anyhow?

Of course they're going to say that you're being too picky - in another couple months they won't have to do anything about it.

They haven't argued that this isn't covered under warranty, so I'll assume that it is. I'd have them fix it - whether they want to or not.
